George Zimmerman Flees Jail In The Cloak Of Night, Out On Bond After Only 10 Days!!!

We knew Friday that George Zimmerman would be released on bond, we just didn’t know exactly when the grand event would take place.

After being purposely misled by Zimmerman’s attorney George O’Mara, suggesting that the family was having trouble coming up with the 15K needed as 10 percent of his $150,000 for release, we’ve learned that George Zimmerman was released around midnight between April 22nd and April 23rd. George and an unidentified man (with a shirt embossed with DTS Security) sashayed out of the lockup carrying a couple of brown paper bags to a white BMW, and were whisked away into the night, destination unknown–to us that is!

The trial isn’t expected to happen for months, so Zimmerman will remain free (save a curfew and GPS monitor) until he stands trial for the second-degree murder of unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

Watch as Heit & Cheri of The Axiom Amnesia give their take on Zimmerman’s release and what’s next in the Trayvon Martin case.
